Try stepping out of your Sauvignon Blanc groove for a moment with our crisp and elegant Estate White blend. Savory threads of white pepper and dashi mingle over a core of cool melons, quince, and fresh rubbed herbs. Cool-hued flavor and stony minerality refreshes the palate, while the rounded textures are girded by gentle tea-like grit. It’s a unique combo of intrigue and easy-going deliciousness.This wine is a blend of two grape varieties that are fresh to the world, Ambulo Blanc and Caminante Blanc. They had no names when UC Davis provided us cuttings back in 2017, and nobody had more than a hazy idea of what these grapes might provide with serious winemaking. It’s serendipitous that the two new varietals that comprise it, Ambulo Blanc and Caminante Blanc, complement each other beautifully in a blend.

On Saturday, September 9th we’re hosting a ticketed after-hours tasting around one of our favorite categories—“Blossomy Whites.” Summer’s still going strong here in Ojai, so a deep-dive into crisp floral whites feels apropos.Adam will guide everyone through a six-wine tasting of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Viognier. We’ll pour the new 2022 bottlings alongside library bottlings cellared eight to ten years, exploring how these highly floral wines evolve with age.
