We named our Clima Frío wines to express our commitment to the coolest corners of the coast, the vineyards at the start of Sanford’s drive. The Clima Frío Pinot Noir is the only blended Pinot we make – every other Pinot we make is single-vineyard.In 2024 we sourced from three cool climate vineyards: Presqu’ile in the Santa Maria Valley, Yellow Foxtrot, and Puerta del Mar — both just west of the Sta. Rita Hills appellation.Blending lets us choose the specific barrels we want from each site, and each one brings something different to the glass.The 2024 is ready!
