After discovering Xarel·lo at a small wine bar in After discovering Xarel·lo at a small wine bar in Atlanta last spring, Adam came home inspired to make one of our own. Known mostly as a blending grape in Spain’s Cava, Xarel·lo is rare to see on its own, especially in California.Our very first release is bright, textured, and completely unique, with layered fruit, fresh salinity, and incredible energy in the glass. Only three barrels were made, and as far as we know, there’s nothing else quite like it in California.Now available at the tasting room and online!

Starting tomorrow, Monday, May 11, we’ll be extending our tasting room hours for the summer season so you can enjoy the longer days with us in the tasting room. We look forward to welcoming you for an extra hour of wine tasting and good company.
Stephanie and Jack have been busy in the cellar th Stephanie and Jack have been busy in the cellar this week, moving wine from barrel to tank (racking), preparing for bottling in just a couple of weeks. Before racking, we taste through every barrel (my favorite part) to ensure quality. After racking, we collect the lees, rinse the barrels and sanitize them with steam. #limited #mencia #grenache #teroldego
