Oysters and cold white wine is not a pairing that needs much explaining. The Shuck Brothers are setting up here on August 29th with east and west coast oysters, Maine lobster rolls, and burgers, and we’ll be pouring the six whites from Adam’s summer lineup as a flight alongside it (think Viognier, Vermentino, Aligoté, Estate White, Dry Riesling, and the Rosé).

The event is open to all and not ticketed. We highly recommend a reservation to guarantee your seat. The only flight we will be pouring this day is Adam’s white summer lineup – club membership discount of 15% applies to the special flight.
