We collaborated with the crafty cats over at Ventura Spirits to produce this singular Grappa–unusual in that it’s distilled from Riesling instead of Italian grape varietals. Expect some powerful Riesling character–far from inert, this 40% alcohol spirit showcases lots of the pretty floral aromas of this noble white grape.
