We’re hosting another intimate after-hours tasting with our winemaker on Saturday, March 8th. This time it’s a Pinot Noir Vertical Tasting: 2016 vs 2023.
Vertical tastings, if you’re not hip to the term, are a comparison of the same wine from more than one vintage.
For this tasting, we’ll sample wines from two cool-weather vintages—2023 and 2016—which will provide a window into how the newly bottled ‘23s will reward several years of bottle aging.
Adam will be there to give everyone the low-down on the vineyards we’ll be tasting—Puerta Del Mar, Kessler-Haak, and Fe Ciega—and answer any of your questions about the winemaking. It’ll be a great time, so we hope you can make it!
